You can contact staff at any time with regards to an issue you are having.
Staff can be found in the #6ircnet channel or by issuing a /STATS P command which will list staff which are available for help.
Please note that most staff are online 24/7 and a spread across the globe and hence will not always be around to assist you with your query.
